    Who are NEOs?
    This is a catchy label, but it doesn't tell us anything at all about who these consumers are and what drives them. Where are they? Why do they buy? Why are they buying more often than traditionals? What drives them to buy, if not price? How are they shopping for homes? How much overlap is there among NEOs and first-time buyers and NEOs and vacation-home buyers and NEOs and retirees... These are the things that define a market.

    Interesting article... but how can this be tweaked to help a buyer's agent stand out more than the other 4000 REALTORS in the immediate area? I think THAT would be some great info to have! How can this be incorporated into our mission statements and business practices?
